Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a fair and transparent policy.

Deposit:
A non-refundable $99 deposit is required to secure your spot.

Final Payment:
Remaining balance is due by January 15, 2026. After your deposit, we’ll email an invoice for the remaining balance and create a flexible payment plan to suit your budget.

Cancellations:

  • Before December 15, 2025: Full refund minus the deposit.

  • December 16, 2025 – January 15, 2026 (30–60 days prior): 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

  • After January 15, 2026 (less than 30 days prior): No refund, as all arrangements will have been finalised.

If the trip is cancelled by us:
Full refund of all payments made.
