Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a fair and transparent policy.

Deposit:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Final Payment:

  • Remaining balance is due by August 15, 2026.

  • After your deposit, we’ll email an invoice for the remaining balance and create a flexible payment plan to suit your budget.

Cancellations:

  • Before August 16, 2026 (more than 60 days prior): Full refund minus the deposit.

  • August 16 – September 15, 2026 (30–60 days prior): 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

  • After September 15, 2026 (less than 30 days prior): No refund, as all arrangements will have been finalised.

If the trip is cancelled by us:

  • Full refund of all payments made.

Travel Insurance:

  • We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that covers cancellations, illness, and unexpected circumstances.

Age Restriction:

  • 18+ (please keep in mind that the legal drinking age in Korea is 19).
