Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve designed a fair and transparent cancellation policy.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • Final payment: The remaining balance is due by February 15, 2026 - You’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance, and we’ll arrange a flexible payment plan that fits comfortably with your budget and timeline.

  • Cancellations before January 15, 2026: Full refund minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations between January 16 – February 15, 2026: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

  • Cancellations after February 15, 2026: No refund is available, as all arrangements will have been finalised.

  • If the trip is cancelled by us: You’ll receive a full refund of all payments made.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, illness, and other unexpected circumstances.
